Hi. I'm sure you guys are very scared to hear and read things from me when i'm writting it in English.
But due to the uncooperative from the members. Thus we are now setting up a new rule and hope everybody will follow this.
In the future Preorder of any regarding SHINHWA members, we have a new rule being applied.
All members who want to preorder anything, you will have to give us your contact number & email address.
We realise when the deadline for some preorder payment, or an overdue preorder, there were members who have not even bother to pay or inform us on their difficulties. Thus it had occured a delay on our confirmation list to the korean side and a delay to the member who had preorder to get their items later. Worse to worse, we even have to pay for you (which is a very very large sum of $) and we do not know when we will get the money back or still the member wants her/his order.
So, No contact number, email address, or any difficulties information to us.
We would not want to blacklist anybody, seriously.
So please cooperate and understand us.
Money is not a matter if it's just 1 or 2 who have not paid. But we are facing more than 5 person. So in the future, we dont care it's 1 or 2, those who have not inform, we will mark you down.

未来的预购我们会跟着这新的规矩
不管是谁预购， 你们得给我们你的联络号码，email adress.
在我们指定的付款截至日期中，若你有困难汇钱给我们，那你就得通知我们。好让我们知道，那我们也可以先帮你付。
每回我们有预购活动时，有很多member我们都无法联络，造成了困扰。
而且都会有人在指定付款截至日期前后， 完全消失。 连钱都没有汇给我们，在没有那人的任何消息和通知下，我们无法给韩国方面的负责人我们这里的正确数目，而且无法付他们钱。 延迟了很多很多过程也让你们很迟才收到你们的东西。
如果是一两个人，我们还有能力帮你们先付。 但问题是， 我们面临了多余5个人的问题。
所以未来的预购若你们无法给与我们你们的联络方式，或你们不能告知我们你的付款困难， 那我们就得把你推进黑名单了。

As you all should know, Sally and Me did not earn any profit from any of the preorders. And on some service processing fee, we had paid for you all but had not collect from any of you - thus we are also actually donating some of our money on some of the purchasement. We are doing these because of helping the Malaysia SHINHWA fans to be able to get SHINHWA's album and stuff. And I have also been doing sms update to some of u all regarding on our lastest preorder. To those who always receive my sms and email, you will know that we have been working really hard for you all and not trying to get any benefits back from you all. If we are doing all these for our benefit, then i wont be wasting my money to sms you all and wasting my phone bill every month.
But after facing such matters, i will only sms those who had inform me that they could not come online and other matters. If you wants to receive update from me regarding on any activities, then it will be through email (from now on). Hope everybody will co-operate. Thank you.
你们要知道，我和sally并没有从预购中赚取你们的钱。而且有时候我们还帮你们付了一些过程中的服务费却没有和你们追加。我们所做的完全是为了帮马来西亚的亲买到哥哥们的东西。而且有时候我还得从sms中update你们一些活动，有收到我sms和email的人。 你们都会知道我们并没有偷懒也不是为了什么利益而这么做的。如果是为了利益，那我就不会sms你们，也不要浪费我的电话钱了。
